PQI
Add a custom PQI Metric

If you would like you can upload your own metric data for our set of proteomes. Custom proteomes can be toggled on or off on the results pages of PQI.

Adding your metric to PQI requires that you upload your data as a tab separated file. You can read more about the file spec here.

A short, single line description of your metric
Describe your metric, eg. from where and how the data was obtained
Your email address will only be used to contact you regarding this submission
Your name or the name of the group that provided this data
Browse Files should match the spec
